Return Policy

Items postmarked within 14 days of delivery in the same as new condition, purchased from clouded.net, will be eligible for a return. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and will be processed within 8-­10 business days of receiving the return. 

Clouded will not refund the original shipping charges for both domestic and international orders,  with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return, including jewelry and shoes.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN POSTAGE.

Please include a note in your package that states:

  1. Order #

  2. Return

  3. Reason for return
